For a customized hearing solution, try our "Amphos Cello" with 4 program modes. I am unable to stream music/sounds from both hearing aids in Bluetooth mode. How do I fix this? The reason both hearing aids aren't able to stream music at the same time is because both hearing aids not paired. Remember to take BOTH hearing aids out of the charging base at the sametime to pair it with your smart phone/devices at the sametime. In order to re-establish bluetooth connection in both hearing aids, follow these steps: (1) unpair "GM 903 BT" bluetooth connection from your phone (unpair and not disconnect), (2) return both hearing aids to the charging base or alternatively long press the "M" button on both hearing aids (this will deactivate the hearing aids), (3) remove BOTH hearing aids from the charger simultaneously, (4) pair them with the Bluetooth connection "GM 903 BT" on your phone, (5) play music or video to confirm the connection.
