The MeatStick contains an internal sensor (withstands up to 212ºF/100ºC) and an ambient sensor (withstands up to 572°F/300°C). The MeatStick Mini contains 1 internal sensor with heat-resistance up to 185ºF/85ºC. *Cooking in an enclosed setup (i.e. closed grill or oven), the signal transmission is limited up to 2 meters. In contrast, the range reaching your mobile devices will be increased up to 10 meters in an open setup.
